L&rsquo;obtention de la qualit\u00e9 de surface requise d\u00e9pend du choix et de la qualit\u00e9 du processus d&rsquo;usinage. <\/p><h4>Libert\u00e9 de torsion<\/h4><p>La surface de contact de l&rsquo;arbre doit \u00eatre exempte de torsion ou d&rsquo;orientation. Lors de l&rsquo;usinage, une torsion (semblable \u00e0 un micro-filet) peut se d\u00e9velopper et entra\u00eener le transport du fluide. Selon le sens de rotation, ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne peut favoriser ou contrecarrer l&rsquo;effet d&rsquo;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 du joint d&rsquo;arbre radial. Si l&rsquo;orientation de la torsion de l&rsquo;arbre d\u00e9passe celle de l&rsquo;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 de l&rsquo;arbre, des fuites se produisent. Toutefois, des param\u00e8tres sp\u00e9cifiques doivent \u00eatre respect\u00e9s pour garantir une surface sans torsion : <\/p><p>&#8211; Le rapport de vitesse entre la meule et la pi\u00e8ce ne doit pas \u00eatre un nombre entier.<br>&#8211; L&rsquo;orientation peut se transmettre \u00e0 la meule.
