We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Our General Terms and Conditions of Sale are addressed exclusively to entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 of the German Civil Code, to legal persons under public law and to special funds under public law.
